All artwork must be to scale 1/2” = 1ft
For example:
10’ x 30’ at 1/2” scale = 5” x 15” actual size
10’ x 20’ at 1/2” scale = 5” x 10” actual size
10’ x 15’ at 1/2” scale = 5” x 7.5” actual size
We will process any of the accepted file types, as long as they are created at the correct scale. Be sure to include .25” of bleed and all critical elements (type, logos, etc.) should be .25” from the edge of the live area.
All files must be created using at least 300ppi and in a CMYK color profile. For optimal output, we recommend building your file to 408ppi, outlining all fonts and saving it as a non-layered TIFF file with LZW compression.
Note: Web graphics are 72ppi and not high enough resolution for large scale graphics. Some web sites offer high resolution images for download. This is acceptable only if the images meet the above specs.
1. Email a low resolution PDF to art@metrooutdoorllc.com.. Please include the name of the advertiser, final size of the billboard and display number in the subject line.
2. Upload your artwork to the file upload page at www.metrooutdoorllc.com.
